Advancing Worldwide Healthcare Systems with Data-Powered Technologies
Vol.4(1); Pages:1-9. Published on February 2026
Abstract
Clinical decision-making, public health surveillance, and healthcare delivery models have all changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic’s acceleration of the implementation of data-driven technology in global healthcare systems. Disease prediction, resource allocation, contact tracking, and vaccine research have all benefited greatly from technologies like big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), and digital health platforms. The potential of these data-centric technologies to improve healthcare effectiveness, responsiveness, and resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic is examined in this research. Simultaneously, it critically analyzes major obstacles, such as data security and privacy issues, interoperability problems, ethical ramifications, digital inequality, and infrastructural and data quality constraints, especially in low- and middle-income nations.

Mentorship and Coaching Strategies in Teacher Learning: A Literature Informed Analysis
Vol.4(1); Pages:10-19. Published on March 2026
Abstract
Coaching and mentoring is a new strategy that has become important towards professional development of teachers so as to facilitate sustained learning, reflection and improvement of instruction. The review is a synthesis of the available literature that will analyze the functions, models, and effects of coaching and mentoring on the professional development of teachers. The review using empirical and theoretical-based research indicates that the practices help in enhancing better pedagogical abilities, professional confidence, teamwork, and long-term classroom practice changes. The results show that highly organized coaching and mentoring programs, especially those ones introduced in the school setting, can be effective in promoting professional learning in the long-term setting. There are also the issues of implementation (time, role clarity, mentor and coach training) that the review has identified and recommends future research and practice.

Simulation Techniques in Nursing Education: Advancing Teaching and Learning Practices
Vol.4(1); Pages:20-27. Published on March 2026
Abstract
Simulation has become one of the innovative teaching methods in nursing education that provide learners with a safe and controlled learning environment in which they can acquire clinical competence, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. This concept analysis considers simulation as an instructional-learning approach, its nature, precursors, outcomes, and how it applies in nursing practice and education. Simulation combines theoretical knowledge and experiential learning whereby the nursing students can work on complicated clinical scenarios without exposing the patients to any risk. Simulation improves confidence, communication and clinical judgment, through structured debriefing with reflective practice. The concept of simulation is critical to nurse educators to create, execute, and assess simulation-based learning experience to achieve high-quality nursing education and better patient care outcomes.

Impact of Modern Health Information Technologies on Clinical Practice and Evolving Nursing Roles
Vol.4(1); Pages:28-36. Published on April 2026
Abstract
The fast pace of the development of health information technology (HIT) has made a great change in the nursing practice in the United States. Electronic health records, clinical decision support systems, telehealth systems, and mobile health applications are some of the technologies that have improved the clinical process, accuracy of documentation, and evidence-based decision-making in nurses. These developments have enhanced patient safety, coordination of care, and quality of results as well as reinventing the role of nurses and competencies to be met. Nevertheless, the problems of additional documentation load, usability, interoperability, and the necessity of continuous informatics training are still widespread. This abstract emphasizes the way that the modern innovations of the HIT field affect nursing practice through enhanced efficiency and patient care and the fact that they need to be supported with strategic implementation and policies and ongoing education in order to maximise their benefits in the U.S. healthcare facilities.

Students’ Thoughts of Social Media’s Function in the Nursing Curriculum
Vol.4(1); Pages:37-43. Published on May 2026
Abstract
The integration of social media into nursing education has emerged as a transformative approach to enhance student engagement, collaboration, and knowledge dissemination. This study explores nursing students’ perceptions of the role and effectiveness of social media within the nursing curriculum. Using a mixed-methods design, data were collected from undergraduate nursing students through structured questionnaires and focus group discussions. The findings indicate that students perceive social media platforms as valuable tools for interactive learning, peer support, and access to up-to-date clinical information. Participants reported improved communication skills, increased motivation, and enhanced understanding of complex nursing concepts through the use of platforms such as discussion forums, educational videos, and professional networking sites. However, concerns related to information credibility, distraction, privacy, and professional boundaries were also highlighted. The study underscores the need for structured guidelines and faculty supervision to maximize the educational benefits of social media while minimizing potential risks. Incorporating social media strategically into the nursing curriculum can foster digital literacy and prepare students for modern healthcare environments.
